FINANCIAL SCREENING
		An important part of the mission of La Familia Medical Center is to provide primary healthcare services to anyone, regardless of the patient’s ability to pay for these services. We offer a sliding fee scale for services that takes into consideration family size and income. In addition, our patients can apply for assistance from the Santa Fe County Indigent Fund, as well as for assistance from a wide variety of government programs, through a La Familia Caseworker. Examples – A single person earning up to $9,570 annually will make a $15.00 co-payment for an office visit. – A member of a family of four earning up to $19,350 annually will make a $15.00 co-payment for an office visit.
