"I believe we could all benefit from extra support through various challenges and transitions in our lives. I am passionate about helping people feel empowered to take better care of themselves, find their voices and strengths and guide them towards tools for managing and/or solving problems. I believe in a preventative and holistic approach to health and wellness that considers the intersectionality of our values, cultures, abilities and circumstances."
