Eugenia “Gennie” Acosta

Upon retirement, my husband and I chose to move to Santa Fe where my husband is a patient of La Familia.  I am an Hispanic woman who wants to ensure Santa Fe provides a medical facility for all community members in a prosperous and harmonious working environment.  I am trilingual: Spanish (native), English and Portuguese.  I received my BA from Loyola University with a major in Industrial Psychology, my law degree from Northern Illinois University and am a retired member of the Illinois Bar.

Gennie joined La Familia’s Board of Directors in May 2024.
