Since 1972, La Familia has been the healthcare provider for everyone in our community regardless of income, insurance, or legal status. Generations of families have depended on our caring and experienced medical providers to keep their loved ones of every age from 0–100 healthy.

La Familia has grown from a weekly free clinic in two rooms staffed by volunteers to four state-of-the-art locations currently serving more than 15,254 individuals in almost 54,000 visits annually—1 in 10 individuals in Santa Fe County is a patient of La Familia.

La Familia provides a wide range of medical, dental, behavioral health, and support services to everyone in our community, regardless of income or ability to pay. Our providers and staff work together with you and your family to develop care that meets your individual needs. Our primary goal is to help every patient grow healthy and live long, productive lives.

Services are offered on a sliding fee scale, according to family size and income. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, HMO’s, worker’s compensation, and all insurances.
