At La Familia, we offer the American Diabetes Association certified diabetes education program. Our diabetes team, which includes a certified diabetes educator, a registered dietitian and a health education Community Health Worker or “promotora,” will give the support and tools needed to help pre-diabetic, type 1 and type 2 diabetic patients live their best life!
